How we became IndeMe
It was important to us that IndeMe was created with the people who are going to use it in mind. When we started to design the brand we worked closely with a group of people representing potential customers in a ‘co-creation’ session. Thirty people of various ages and backgrounds, some related to each other, gathered together to help us shape the proposition.
The creative session unlocked brilliant insights and ideas to help us shape the direction of the IndeMe offer and brand. Contributors gave us vital guidance on which images and colours they preferred, what words resonated best with them, and even what we should call the service. The end result is a warm, vibrant and positive brand which has been created by the customer, for the customer and fully represents our mission to help people to give people ‘Peace of mind to live free’.
